Application Engineering Technical Lead – II

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical leadership for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects, ensuring successful architecture and implementation.
• Approve technical solutions, resolve complex problems, and anticipate potential issues to enable preventive action.
• Act as a key technical liaison with stakeholders to communicate project risks and solution strategies.
• Mentor engineering staff and ensure the team adopts evolving enterprise standards and IT methodologies.
• Apply deep server-side development skills to optimize performance, secure architecture, and database efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex system performance issues and optimize data flow across services and APIs.
• Ensure scalable and resilient backend functionality to meet increasing system demands.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
• Expertise in software architecture, system design, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, Secure SDLC, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with data solutions including PostgreSQL, SQL, Kafka Streams, and cloud-based data integration.
