Application Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by customizing submittal packages and quotes for Power Management products.
• Search, track, and process Power Management sales opportunities and bid reviews via various contractor sites.
• Coordinate bid opportunities with sales representatives and external customers to ensure accurate equipment selection.
• Engage with customers via calls and emails to track the status of bid-to-order transactions.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical recommendations and solutions for their specific applications.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, log sheets, and trackers to support business decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product, service, or process quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Communication Engineering.
• 1 year of experience with electrical knowledge, including basic operation of UPS, batteries, PDUs, and monitoring systems.
• 1 year of experience in customer service and technical sales support.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Data Center operations and systems.
• Experience working with North American or Canadian sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
