Application Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide customized submittal packages for Thermal Management products to sales representatives and customers.
• Perform bid reviews on various platforms to identify Thermal Management product leads and opportunities.
• Engage with customers via calls and emails to track the status of bid-to-quote-to-order transactions.
• Coordinate bid opportunities with sales representatives and external contractors.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, log sheets, and trackers.
• Analyze data trends and generate reports with recommendations for leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality check processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an HVAC-R equivalent.
• 1 year of HVAC-R experience.
• 1 year of customer service and sales technical support experience.
• Thorough knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning basics.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office applications.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
