Application Engineer - Technical Customer Lead

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy for major enterprise customers and manage executive-level relationships
• Work closely with customers to understand development needs and autonomy use cases
• Propose effective ways to utilize Applied Intuition products to meet customer goals
• Ensure customer needs are supported by the broader engineering team through effective prioritization
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements via technical discussions and workshops
• Explore new product development areas based on a strategic understanding of the customer landscape

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an application engineer or developer with end-customer interaction
• Experience working with automotive OEMs or suppliers
• Prior work in autonomous vehicle or robotics development domains
• Familiarity with best practices in large-scale software development
• Strong communication skills and a dedicated focus on solving customer problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior background in technical sales or application engineering for simulation products
• Deep domain expertise in autonomous vehicle development
