Application Engineer – High Frequency

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist in Ansys High Frequency simulation tools, specifically Ansys HFSS and SIwave.
• Support the sales team by participating in technical meetings, performing live demonstrations, and developing case studies.
• Provide technical support and training to customers in the Middle East, guiding them through complex industrial applications.
• Execute consulting projects for customers involving RF and Phased Array systems.
• Work with advanced technologies including 5G, Millimeter wave, and Radar systems.
• Address customer needs in Chip, Package, and PCB designs regarding Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI).
• Develop technical support repositories and deliver introductory training courses on electromagnetic simulation products.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Strong background in the electromagnetic simulation domain.
• Demonstrated experience with Ansys software (HFSS, SBR+, SIwave, Q3D Extractor, or EMIT) or similar packages like ADS, CST, or FEKO.
• Knowledge of 5G systems, Phased Array, Digital Beamforming, and Radar systems.
• Experience with RF Link Budget Analysis and related systems.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
