Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Research new semiconductor applications and design trends in collaboration with global and local teams
• Lead semiconductor technology seminars and technical exchanges to provide professional customer support
• Drive advanced material development for AI/HPC, supporting 2.5D/3D and Chiplet packaging technologies
• Recommend products to customers and provide customized application support, demonstrations, and troubleshooting
• Utilize advanced simulation modeling and innovative testing methods to achieve breakthroughs in thermal performance and reliability
• Supervise laboratory testing and analysis for customer samples and report technical results
• Collaborate directly with sales, marketing, product development, and innovation teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor packaging and assembly processes
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for international collaboration
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical report writing
