About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize key enterprise applications to ensure stability, performance, and security.
- Lead the full application lifecycle, including upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to architect scalable technical solutions, integrations, and automated workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges using deep system and application log analysis.
- Manage security access, data synchronization, and compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain integrations and data flows using tools like Intapp Integrate, Boomi, and REST APIs.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, SOPs, and user guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise applications in professional services or legal environments.
- Exceptional full-stack troubleshooting skills and deep experience with system log analysis.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Expert knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Records Management Systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Boomi development.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices (incident, change, and problem management).
- Experience with Lean or Agile methodologies.
- Certifications related to Microsoft technologies, iManage, or Litera products.
- Experience supporting and administering Office 365 applications.
