Application Engineer – FEA

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist in Ansys Structural simulation tools (Ansys Mechanical) to support customers in the Middle East.
• Support the sales team by participating in technical meetings, performing live demonstrations, and developing case studies.
• Provide high-quality technical support and training to customers via email, telephone, and in-person sessions.
• Execute consulting and R&D projects to assist customers with their design and engineering processes.
• Develop technical support repositories and simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure successful product adoption and renewals.

Requirements

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong background in Structural and Thermal engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience solving structural engineering problems using Ansys FEA tools.
• Deep understanding of structural analysis, including Static Structural, Linear, Non-Linear, Spectrum, Harmonic, and Explicit Dynamics.
• Knowledge of Ansys Spaceclaim or Discovery.
• Fluent English writing and presentation skills with the ability to conduct webinars.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for customer engagements.
