Application Development & Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions and extensions within Oracle EBS R12.x using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports
• Configure and customize Supply Chain Management modules, including Item Master, BOM, Inventory, and Order Management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production environment and provide root cause analysis
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Perform system integration testing, support UAT, and participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and workflow configurations
• Support NPDI transformation initiatives by leading or supporting steering committees and user groups

Requirements

• 4+ years of business analysis experience in a complex, global environment
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12.x Supply Chain Management modules
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including experience optimizing large, complex statements
• Strong skills in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other products in the Oracle suite, such as Oracle CX Sales
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake solutions
• Knowledge of process design, design thinking, or lean/value stream mapping principles
