Application Development & Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules, including BOM, WIP, MES, MSCA, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning
• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional specifications
• Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance
• Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive performance optimization
• Lead upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive process standardization and best practices
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional governance

Requirements

• 15–18 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing
• Strong techno-functional expertise with a solid understanding of EBS architecture
• Proven experience with integrations involving external systems such as MES, PLM, and third-party applications
• Experience in global or multi-org implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within discrete manufacturing environments
