Application Development & Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Oracle EBS Order Management applications and Order to Cash processes.
• Analyze business requirements and system enhancements to prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical issues and incidents.
• Manage the development, deployment, testing, and stabilization of Oracle EBS Order Management applications.
• Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and defect-free releases.
• Monitor and enhance software integrations within the Order to Cash area.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate delivery timelines, resource needs, and potential risks.
• Conduct ongoing quality reviews and data analysis to identify and escalate data quality issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience developing with Oracle EBS Release 12.2.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and Inventory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL.
• Proven experience creating Functional Requirement Documentation and Test Scripts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ASCP.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working within an international System Integrator company.
• International professional experience.
