Application Development & Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules, including BOM, WIP, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.
• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and the development of functional specifications.
• Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance departments.
• Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.
• Support production issues through root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Lead upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives to ensure stable operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive process standardization and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional governance.

Requirements

• 15–18 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with a solid understanding of EBS architecture.
• Proven experience working within discrete manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing integrations with external systems such as MES, PLM, and third-party applications.
• Experience with global or multi-org implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
