Application Development & Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement new products in C1, managing product logic, attributes, and inputs required for accurate configurations and quotes.
• Perform constant maintenance on product data, including cost and price updates provided by Global Offering managers.
• Collaborate with functional teams across the Busbar LOB in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure local product requirements are met.
• Create necessary product outputs, including quotes, technical submittals, Bills of Materials (BOM), and drawings.
• Provide user training and troubleshooting support for C1 users.
• Coordinate and support "Go Live" events for new product implementations.
• Write operational documentation and assist in researching, designing, and testing plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience maintaining ERP systems.
• Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, ERP, CPQ, and CRM systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with C1 systems.
