Application Development Lab Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and analyze laboratory tests and experiments related to edible oil and biofuel purification applications
• Characterize materials, calibrate laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate, high-quality test results
• Support innovation projects by developing new products and scaling them from the laboratory to commercial production
• Ensure product development complies with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures
• Provide technical support to the Sales team and respond to customer inquiries regarding product expertise
• Coordinate product scale-up activities by partnering with cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate product databases, experimental records, and technical documentation
• Train laboratory staff on product knowledge, safety requirements, and 5S standards

Requirements

• High school graduate in a science-related field with 5 years of laboratory experience, or a recent University/College graduate
• 0-5 years of experience in an analytical or service laboratory environment
