Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver software solutions using established design patterns and coding standards, focusing on secure, scalable, and accessible outcomes
• Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements refinement, technical design, development, test automation, and deployment
• Work within Agile and/or waterfall environments to support business capabilities
• Support production stability through on-call participation, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and maintaining operational documentation

Requirements

• 0–4 years of professional industry experience in software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with relevant development languages, tools, frameworks, and dependencies
• Experience building or integrating with established APIs and common system integration patterns
• Strong engineering habits, including writing reusable code, automated tests, and clear technical documentation
