Application Delivery and Deployment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end software lifecycle, including packaging, testing, and deploying applications and security patches for Windows and Apple devices
• Utilize Intune, SCCM, and JAMF to maintain a secure and efficient endpoint ecosystem
• Drive process enhancement by creating and refining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows
• Collaborate with Security Operations (SOC) to prioritize vulnerability management and ensure system compliance
• Integrate IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices within the ITSM toolset
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in application delivery, systems administration, or a similar role
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune)
• Strong expertise in JAMF Pro for managing macOS and iOS endpoints
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administrative tasks
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator or similar certification
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with Azure/Entra ID for identity and access management
• Experience integrating endpoint management tools with security platforms like Microsoft Sentinel or Microsoft Defender
