Application Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of application architectures for various projects within a tight timeline
• Analyze business requirements and define technical specifications and appropriate technology stack
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Create and maintain architectural documentation to guide development efforts
• Review and refine code developed by teams to guarantee quality and adherence to architectural standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development process
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience as an Application Architect or in a similar technical role
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and software development methodologies
• Solid understanding of application architectures and frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting role or working with clients directly
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and microservices architecture
• Relevant professional certifications
