Application Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement application architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define application requirements
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms
• Create architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as an Application Architect or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies
• Experience with application frameworks and platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Certification in application architecture or related areas
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based applications
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
