Application and Sales Engineer or Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial relationships with industrial clients across Rio Grande do Sul through strategic site visits.
• Collaborate with the application engineering team to provide technical analyses and solutions for client projects.
• Perform technical specification of materials by collecting process data to ensure cost-effective and durable solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and commercial quotes to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Maintain accurate business opportunity records and client data within the CRM system.
• Convert client visits into sales to meet established company revenue targets.
• Monitor material billing and backlog to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Provide ongoing customer support regarding delivery, installation, and equipment startup.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales and account management.
• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Chemical Engineering, or a qualification as a Mechanical Technician.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Analytical capacity to identify business opportunities through data.
