About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define testing scope, strategy, and comprehensive test plans for complex, multi-tiered projects
  • Lead testing initiatives for ERP applications and monitor execution using tools like Kainos
  • Maintain data integrity across Workday ERP records and document defects via ticketing systems
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Support Workday releases, upgrades, and impact analysis for new features and enhancements
  • Review HCM and Payroll audits to ensure data accuracy during payroll processing cycles
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure data security and accuracy across system integrations
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance leadership to support operational and regulatory needs

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with HRIS or Workday
  • Experience with Workday implementations or system optimization efforts
  • Exposure to ERP systems and their role in supporting business operations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on data integrity
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Kainos
  • Background in healthcare or within large, complex organizations
  • Certifications such as Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, or SHRM-CP/SCP
