Application Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own technical performance scorecards, tracking system availability, session completion, and interface targets against SLAs
• Monitor system architecture health and partner with Engineering to isolate and resolve defects
• Oversee technical governance cycles, including routine maintenance, security patching, and compliance
• Coordinate platform upgrades, infrastructure patches, and configuration changes to minimize user disruption
• Manage multiple concurrent technical projects, defining scope and tracking milestones
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client teams, translating roadmaps and incidents into status reports
• Drive incident triage and resolution for high-priority escalations
• Analyze system telemetry to identify optimization opportunities and maintain operational documentation/runbooks

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical operations, client success, or implementation management
• Experience in healthcare IT or enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site client relationships with SLA accountability
• Proficiency with performance dashboards and interpreting application performance data
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, and Support teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level summaries
• Experience managing integration change lifecycles and software upgrades in production

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with clinical documentation or charge capture workflows
• Experience working with large health systems
• Background in physician-facing mobile or portal applications
• Knowledge of HL7 and clinical data interfaces
