Appliance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on household appliances at customer locations
• Aim for first-time fix success
• Provide personalized advice to customers on sustainable appliance use
• Propose additional services to support eco-responsible practices
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction following interventions

Requirements

• Passion for household appliances and technical work
• Strong customer service orientation
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
• Team spirit and ability to work autonomously
