Appliance Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances in customers' homes
• Review daily routes and prepare necessary parts at the shop
• Drive a company-provided sprinter van to customer locations
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Requirements

• Mechanical inclination and a tendency to tinker
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
