Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings
• Perform accurate installation of basic gas and electric household appliances, including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators
• Ensure all installed appliances are damage-free, fully functioning, and meet manufacturer specifications
• Provide expert and courteous customer service to builders, designers, and on-site customers
• Execute driver duties and responsibilities safely
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with the assistance of lifting equipment
• Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide "white glove service"
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in appliance delivery and installation services
