Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings
• Perform accurate installation of basic gas and electric household appliances, including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators
• Ensure all installed appliances are damage-free, fully functioning, and meet manufacturer specifications
• Provide professional driver duties and responsibilities
• Interact courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes
• Document detailed job notes clearly and concisely

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally (with assistance from lifting equipment)
• Mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing, or home appliance products/installations
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans
