Appearance Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock management and ensure inventory is accurately controlled according to established procedures
• Lead and manage the team, including conducting regular meetings to communicate goals and expectations
• Manage daily operations such as attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning
• Evaluate existing procedures and draft new ones to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze stock movements to identify trends and ensure timely inventory replenishment
• Compile and present comprehensive reports on team activities, stock movements, and purchases
• Maintain and improve documentation related to standardization requirements
• Coordinate new projects and identify innovative ways to improve team productivity
• Ensure strict adherence to company standards and maintain professional confidentiality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in stock management, procurement, or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using stock management and warehouse software
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with makeup and hairdressing for broadcast or on-camera settings
• Knowledge of skincare products and techniques
• Proven previous experience in a formal team management role
