About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the department to ensure agents meet KPI measures and achieve targets
- Manage daily expectations by supervising workloads and managing targets
- Report on departmental KPIs to the Operations Manager
- Complete administrative documentation including RTWs, rotas, and quality checks
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to staff
- Support recruitment, induction, and performance management of agents
- Identify skill gaps and departmental requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and system changes
- Incentivise, motivate, and lead the department
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to manage performance and KPIs
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to undergo DBS and CCJ checks
