Apparel Designer

Responsibilities

• Design category-leading alpine apparel that sets new benchmarks in technical performance, functionality, and style
• Drive the end-to-end design process from concept to final product execution, including detail solutions and workmanship specifications
• Manage collection coloration by translating seasonal color cards into cohesive product offerings
• Present and communicate creative solutions effectively to various stakeholders
• Ensure design implementation during proto fittings
• Collaborate with the creation team on fabric input and selection
• Research macro and micro trends and consumer insights to translate findings into innovative design concepts

Requirements

• University/College Degree or recognized diploma in fashion, apparel, or sportswear design
• At least 5 years of professional design experience with deep knowledge of functional outerwear
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of sustainability opportunities within design practice
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Independent, well-organized working style with high attention to detail
• Proactive, innovative, and consumer-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Browzwear or Clo3D
