Apparel Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead trend-driven design initiatives across men’s and women’s categories
• Develop small capsule collections and limited drops
• Conceptualize seasonal narratives including fabric direction and silhouette evolution
• Hand-sketch concepts to communicate design intent and construction
• Execute detailed tech packs for overseas production
• Lead fittings from prototype through production to ensure design integrity
• Partner with sourcing and production teams on fabric and trim innovation
• Mentor CAD designers and junior team members
• Manage projects end-to-end from concept to final production delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of apparel design experience in high-volume environments
• Skilled hand sketching technique
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• BFA/BA Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
