App User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user acquisition strategy across a portfolio of Topps Digital mobile apps
• Manage third-party ad network relationships and onboard new partners with attribution platforms
• Manage and optimize in-house marketing campaigns including Google AdWords and App Store Search Ads
• Partner with designers and content producers to develop and optimize creative concepts
• Storyboard and project manage video ad creation and production
• Create campaign performance reports and digestible UA reports for internal stakeholders
• Identify and leverage cross-promotional opportunities within the Fanatics ecosystem
• Support experiential marketing events to drive app acquisition

Requirements

• 4+ years of User Acquisition or App Marketing Manager experience
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (UAC), and Apple Search Ads
• Experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition budgets across multiple channels
• Experience using mobile attribution platforms (Singular, AppsFlyer, or Kochava)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with mobile industry metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile apps, gaming, or consumer mobile products
• Experience managing relationships with DSPs or UA agencies
• Passionate collector or in-depth knowledge of the collectibles ecosystem
