About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the in-app customer experience through accurate execution of promotions and category merchandising
  • Coordinate media placements within the app to drive engagement and business growth
  • Track and report on performance metrics to ensure optimal app experience and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech, Commercial Excellence, Category Management, and Media Buying teams
  • Ensure a seamless digital user journey by managing in-app content and layouts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, app management, or digital merchandising
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of the customer journey and digital user experience (UX)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
