About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the in-app customer experience through accurate execution of promotions and category merchandising
- Coordinate media placements within the app to drive engagement and business growth
- Track and report on performance metrics to ensure optimal app experience and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech, Commercial Excellence, Category Management, and Media Buying teams
- Ensure a seamless digital user journey by managing in-app content and layouts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, app management, or digital merchandising
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of the customer journey and digital user experience (UX)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
