App Dev & Support Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
• Develop, debug, and optimize enterprise web applications using modern J2EE technologies.
• Understand detailed functional specifications and provide workload or task estimations for new features or bugfixes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Comply with established standards and procedures regarding architecture, security, quality, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing codebases.
• Communicate effectively with internal peers, management, and other teams to build strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Technical fluency in Java 11+, J2EE technologies, and Object Oriented Design.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including the ability to optimize queries.
• Proficiency with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular (version 5 or above).
• Experience with version control systems such as GIT or RTC.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, Maven, and WebLogic Server.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a high sense of ownership over deliverables.
