About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial support and severity issue handling for Sabre Web Services customers
  • Act as the first point of contact for developers and customers regarding API consumption
  • Troubleshoot issues by validating XML files and schemas and reproducing customer scenarios
  • Investigate causes of non-conforming SOAP and REST APIs and provide technical recommendations
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex requests and enhancement needs

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of technical languages such as XML, SOAP, REST, or HTML
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task effectively
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in programming or web development
  • Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation or user guides
  • Domain knowledge in travel distribution or agency operations
