About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide initial support and severity issue handling for Sabre Web Services customers
- Act as the first point of contact for developers and customers regarding API consumption
- Troubleshoot issues by validating XML files and schemas and reproducing customer scenarios
- Investigate causes of non-conforming SOAP and REST APIs and provide technical recommendations
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex requests and enhancement needs
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of technical languages such as XML, SOAP, REST, or HTML
- Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task effectively
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in programming or web development
- Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation or user guides
- Domain knowledge in travel distribution or agency operations
