APDM E&I and Automation

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and engineering agendas for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation within the Pakistan supply chain.
• Ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery of all projects while monitoring annual cash flows.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, including managing contractors and consultants for flawless execution.
• Conduct Concept Engineering, FEED, and Detailed Engineering, including the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules.
• Develop and deploy future-fit Industry 4.0 SCADA and Digitization layers for processing, packaging, and utilities.
• Manage procurement activities, including preparing Project Procurement Plans, assessing technical bids, and ensuring timely PR/PO and GRN processing.
• Implement the EEM 7-step methodology in major projects and ensure minimal downtime to existing plant operations.
• Liaise with global technology and regional design teams for plant and site layout work.

Requirements

• BSc. in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4-7 years of engineering experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with OT Networks, SCADA, or Safety Instrumented Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in contractor management and negotiation.
• Strong conflict resolution and analytical decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
