About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders and resident service requests
- Perform preventative maintenance on the property
- Execute the "make-ready" process for vacant apartment homes
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Track inventory and manage maintenance supplies
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience
- Experience with work orders and make-ready turns
- Basic to moderate skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- EPA Universal certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass drug test and criminal/credit background check
