Apartment Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders for resident service requests and preventative maintenance
• Execute the "make-ready" process for vacant apartment homes, including inspections and vendor scheduling
• Manage maintenance inventory, supplies, and equipment tools
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and general upkeep
• Support cost-cutting programs by repairing parts rather than replacing them
• Participate in quarterly preventative maintenance programs
• Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience
• Experience with work orders and make-ready turns
• Basic to moderate skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and general maintenance
• EPA Universal certification required
• CPO certification required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass drug test, credit check, and criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
