Apartment Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Resolve work orders and complete preventative maintenance
• Support day-to-day onsite operations
• Participate in the on-call emergency rotation
• Assess root causes of work orders and perform repairs
• Walk the property daily to clear trash and debris
• Turn around vacant apartment units for new residents
• Communicate progress with Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
• Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing laws

Requirements

• HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, or appliance repair
• Previous experience in mid-rise apartment communities preferred
• Ability to respond to after-hours or weekend emergencies
• High school graduate; technical school preferred
