Apartment Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Resolve work orders and perform minor repairs within apartments
• Complete preventative maintenance and support onsite operations
• Participate in the on-call emergency rotation
• Turn around vacant apartment units to prepare them for new residents
• Walk the property daily to clear trash and debris
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects and routine maintenance

Requirements

• HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in plumbing, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, or appliance repair
• Previous experience in a mid-rise apartment community preferred
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• High school graduate; technical school preferred
