Apartment Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Perform "make-ready" processes to prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins
• Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances
• Manage maintenance inventory and track supplies
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• EPA Universal certification required
• CPO certification required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass drug, credit, and criminal background checks
