About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Manage the "make-ready" process for vacant apartment homes
- Track maintenance inventory and supplies
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- EPA Universal certification required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass drug, credit, and criminal background checks
