About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Perform appliance repair and replacement
- Execute painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turns/make-readies)
- Maintain building systems and common areas
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
- Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting
- Strong customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
- Availability for on-call responsibilities and weekend work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing or contracting
- Builder certification or related licenses
