About the role
Responsibilities
- Timely completion of work orders and special projects
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service requests
- Complete apartment turns including drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement
- Respond to on-call emergency service requests
- Maintain property exterior, curb appeal, and pool/spa areas
- Perform housekeeping and snow removal as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel or multifamily housing preferred
- Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
- Excellent customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
- Availability for on-call duties and weekend work
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing, contracting, or builders' certifications and licenses
