Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Perform appliance repair and replacement
• Handle painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turns/make-readies)
• Maintain building systems and common areas
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in hotel or multifamily housing preferred
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting
• Strong customer service skills and general computer knowledge
• Availability for on-call rotation and weekend flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or contracting
• Builder certification or related professional licenses
