Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Supervise other maintenance employees
• Take leadership positions on special projects
• Perform various skilled maintenance and repair tasks
• Maintain knowledge of accident and safety precautions
• Work independently on routine projects
• Handle occasional overtime for emergencies or special projects

Requirements

• Three years of experience in property maintenance
• Proficiency in a specific trade with general maintenance skills
• Knowledge of building and mechanical trade tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of safety precautions
• Experience using various tools and equipment
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Yardi Software
• Knowledge of Realpage
