Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise other maintenance employees
• Take a leadership position on special projects
• Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems
• Maintain property premises and facilities in alignment with safety policies
• Work independently on routine projects and handle emergencies

Requirements

• Three years of experience in property maintenance
• Proficiency in a specific trade with general maintenance skills
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades
• Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions
• Experience using a variety of tools and equipment
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Yardi Software
