Apartment Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance employees
• Lead special projects
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks

• Oversee operational efficiency of electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintain clean and hygienic premises in alignment with safety standards

Requirements

• Three years of experience in property maintenance
• Proficiency in a specific trade with general maintenance skills
• Knowledge of building and mechanical trade tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of safety precautions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Yardi Software
• Experience with Realpage
