Apartment Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance employees
• Lead special projects
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks
• Ensure compliance with accident and safety precautions
• Manage routine and complex projects independently or with assistance
• Work overtime as needed for emergencies or special projects

Requirements

• Three years of experience in property maintenance
• Proficiency in a specific trade with general maintenance skills
• Knowledge of building and mechanical trade tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of safety precautions
• Experience using various tools and equipment
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to implement and improve policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Yardi or Realpage is a plus
