About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming guest experience in the Apartment and meeting/event spaces
- Handle guest questions, requests, check-ins, check-outs, and billing support
- Keep meeting rooms set up correctly, tidy, and maintained
- Ensure food and beverage service in the space is consistently high quality
- Coordinate with hotel teams to deliver smooth events and guest service
- Complete light admin tasks such as expenses, lists, and stationery orders
Requirements
- Previous front of house experience
- Strong hospitality and guest service focus
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable with basic tech and AV equipment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
