Apartment Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports, including leasing and maintenance staff
• Direct property operations, sales, and finances to achieve operational and financial goals
• Manage the property budget and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Provide exemplary service to residents and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction
• Facilitate leasing activities and ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or asset management
• 2+ years of leadership experience specifically within property management
• 2-4 years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales or customer service environment
• Strong understanding of financials and budget management
• Proficiency with property management tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (typically Tuesday – Saturday)
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant management
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated success using sales processes and metrics to drive results
