Apartment Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports, including leasing and maintenance staff
• Direct property operations, sales, and finances to achieve operational and financial goals
• Manage the property budget and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Provide exemplary service to residents and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction
• Facilitate leasing activities and ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or asset management
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within property management
• 2-4 years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales or customer service environment
• Strong financial and budget literacy
• Proficiency with property management systems such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (typically Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 6:30pm)
• Reliable transportation
